Care that became like family
Charlotte and Antonio were a God-given lifesaver when my dad, Bernie Henderson, needed special care. They professionally, and, most of all, lovingly, cared for my dad. In turn, Dad loved Antonio, not just as a caregiver but as a friend who became like family. Charlotte and Antonio were responsive when we needed extra help, for which we were so thankful. I never worried when Charlotte or Antonio were with my dad. I honestly do not know what we would have done without them. I am forever grateful.
My husband, John, dearly loved Antonio and Charlotte. Antonio was completely attentive to John by keeping him from falling, keeping him and his surroundings clean and doing the heavy lifting that was required while being completely professional at all times. I believe John felt better with having a man take care of him. Antonio and Charlotte became good friends with us in our time of need. I highly recommend Charlotte's Home Care if you have a loved one in need of good care.

How we publish reviews
Nothing is published without written permission. A family tells us we may use their words, and which name they want shown, before anything appears.
We do not edit meaning. We may fix a typo. We will not tighten a review into something more flattering than what was written.
We do not offer anything in exchange. No discount, no free hours, no gift card. A review that was paid for is worth nothing to the next family reading it.
We will not remove an honest bad one. If we get something wrong and a family says so publicly, that is fair, and hiding it would tell you more about us than the review would.
