Founder & Administrator
Meet Charlotte Butler-Rice
I'm Charlotte Butler-Rice, a compassionate care professional, administrator, and community advocate with more than 25 years of experience in home health care and supportive services. Throughout my career, I've dedicated myself to improving the lives of seniors, individuals with disabilities, and families in need of dependable, compassionate care.
My caregiving journey began as a Certified Nursing Assistant, providing direct care in assisted living communities, nursing homes, and human development centers. Those experiences gave me a firsthand understanding of the physical, emotional, and personal needs of those requiring daily assistance and support.
What started out as work quickly grew into something much deeper — a calling. I witnessed the growing need for quality caregivers who not only provide assistance but also treat clients with dignity, respect, and genuine compassion. I started out working solo, then with a small team, back in 2011 — without an official business name, just doing the work because I loved it. Through word-of-mouth and referrals, my clientele grew steadily, and by 2016 it had grown enough that I decided to formalize things, founding a family-owned, non-medical home care agency dedicated to helping individuals remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes.
Today, I proudly serve Little Rock and communities throughout central Arkansas, offering personalized care that supports each client's unique needs and lifestyle. My commitment to excellence, integrity, and compassionate service remains the foundation of everything I do.
